Workshops

Without a calm and centered mind the normal challenges of life can be difficult to get through. Yoga and Meditation when practiced together will strengthen the mind body connection, improving overall fitness and well-being. Many styles of Yoga combine meditation with physical routines using controlled breathing throughout each of the Yoga poses. Meditation can also be practiced separately without posing by simply relaxing, clearing your mind and concentrating on controlled breathing. With consistent practice you will notice the ability to better manage stress, improve your flexibility and have a general feeling of calmness, health and well-being.
